Responsibilities :
• Organizing Academic engagement programs to improve product usage and customer retention
• Quick resolution of academic, technical and content related queries of our customers
• Keeping the customer updated on our new products and exploring opportunities for cross sell and up sell
• Monitoring the performance of coordinators deployed at schools
• Preparation of various reports as required by Management
• Ambitious, driven and passionate about digital and education
Qualification and years of experience required for the role :
Graduation in any stream with minimum 3 years of Ed Tech experience in Academics.
