Keith C D’Souza is currently a Visiting Professor of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources, S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies and Research, and Director, Keith D’Souza & Associates HR, and OD Services. He has more than 40 years of experience, covering academic teaching and administration, research, and consulting in management and human resource development, and management-level employment in the corporate sector, including 11 years as member of the faculty of XLRI Jamshedpur and 13 in the corporate sector in senior level HR positions. The positions he held earlier included, Dean (Academics) at XLRI; Executive Director-Academy of HRD, Country HR Head, DHL Worldwide Express; Associate VP (HR), Ion Exchange India Limited; Chief HR Officer, Epicenter Technologies; Director (Organizational Effectiveness), Pfizer Limited; and Vice-President (Organization Development), Wockhardt Limited. He has published some books and several journal articles in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Development and consults with business and non-business organizations.
Satish Jayaram, PhD has 35 years of experience in hospitality and education. He holds many higher education qualifications and certifications from prestigious institutions the world over. He has developed thousands of hospitality leaders during his 15-year tenure as Principal and Director Learning & Development at the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management Aurangabad, which is managed by the Indian Hotels Company Limited.
Abhishek Jain heads Projects at Tata Industries, the new ventures incubation and investment company of the Tata group. This includes exploration of emerging technology areas, identification of suitable business opportunities for the group, and investing in and/or incubating select businesses. He also guides and enables the portfolio companies of Tata Industries to develop and leverage stronger IP positions during their growth journeys. Before joining Tata Industries, he was Senior Vice President at Allied Inventors, a technology investment fund based out of Seattle. Abhishek has a degree in Power engineering and a post graduate degree in management where he specialized in technology management.
Dr. Poornima Dore is an Economist and Business Leader driving impact through finance, innovation and digital transformation. As the ex-director of Analytics, Insights & Impact at Tata Trusts, she is a highly sought-after advisor for leaders keen on future readiness, deep purpose and long-term impact. Her exposure ranging from villages, businesses to board rooms, has made her a strong advocate of harnessing risk capital for sustainable growth and development. She has shaped strategy, pioneered catalytic investments and built winning teams across sectors as part of the TAS, the leadership cadre of the Tata Group. Dr. Dore’s influence also extends as an author and thought leader on Social Finance, with her recent book, ‘Regional Economic Diversity – Lessons from an Emergent India’ receiving widespread acclaim for its insightful analysis. She teaches at premiere institutes like XLRI, IIT and serves on select Boards and ministerial committees of the Government of India. She believes that game-changing answers come from the intersection of diverse disciplines and actors, and is recognised among the top 100 Analytics Leaders in South Asia.
Sadaqat Mulla is a faculty at the centre of excellence in teacher education, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai and does research and teaching of emerging technologies for education. With a bachelor of engineering in electronics and communications engineering from VTU Karnataka and MA Education from the University College London, Sadaqat has worked both in the industry and academia.
He has been at the fore front of many research projects and has anchored design, development and implementation of EdTech enterprise solutions across India. He regularly collaborates with governments, international agencies and global universities for advisory, research and teaching. In 2023 Sadaqat led a study on technology innovation in south Asian region for the UNESCO Global Education Monitoring report. His co-authored book Technology for School Education published by Routledge is due next year.
Dr. Anita Dagar ( Ph.D.), holds two and a half decades experience in the education sector from School Education to Higher Education, spanning across the corporate and development sector. She has held leadership positions in organisation and Leadership Development, Content, Strategy, Communication, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation and designed and executed successfully Projects in Digital Learning Solutions, School Leadership, Teachers Training and Whole School Turnaround.
Mumtaz Gujral has a background in counselling psychology and has been associated with Tata ClassEdge Limited and its parent company for over two decades. She enjoys working with children of all ages and cherishes the energy of an invigorated classroom. She has conceptualized and designed several offerings for Tata ClassEdge and is committed to delivering teaching-learning experiences that meet the Tata ClassEdge maxim: better teachers make better students.
Veenita Shah is the Head of Research and Strategy at Tata ClassEdge Limited. Formerly, she was a Senior Research Scientist in the Program of Educational Technology in IIT Bombay. She is a pedagogy expert ensuring effective e-learning design experience through evidence-based pedagogical models & frameworks. She is an active teacher educator, conducting programs in learning design competency, and effective conduct and writing of research. She was associated with the Centre for Learning and Teaching at IIT Bombay. She is a National Award recipient and author to a book in the realm of educational technology. She earned her PhD at the Oklahoma State University, USA.
Krish Sreedevi holds a Master of Education degree from Harvard University and a Master of Science degree from New York University. Krish has worked in the EdTech space for over a decade across the USA and India in various roles across Technology and Product Management in numerous organizations including the United Nations. Presently, he is the Head of Product Management at Tata ClassEdge Limited, a visiting faculty and core team member for the M.A. in Education Technology program at the Tata Institute of Social Science and a board member of the Harvard Graduate School of Education Alumni Council.
